Freshwater Brewing
Alongside our mates at The Moor, we crafted a Retail Counter for Brookvale newcomer Freshwater Brewing to sit proudly at the front of house for takeaway sales.

Chophouse
Chophouse in Sydney’s CBD was keen to lift its courtyard table game, so tasked us with refurbishing five existing, weathered timber tops, and creating six new tiled tops.

Chiswick
One of Sydney's most beloved and picturesque restaurants underwent a touch-up ahead of its 10th birthday celebrations; Palomar Rowe stepped in to design, build and install 38 solid timber dining tabletops for inside and out.

North Bondi Kepos
In the Winter of 2022, North Bondi Fish partnered with Redfern favourite Kepos Street Kitchen for a pop-up dining experience to be "equal parts party and banquet". Palomar Rowe was tasked with delivering 29 tabletops that could meet its pop-up style, budget and timeframe.

Aloha Manly
This Northern Beaches surf institution was in the throws of a refresh, when its shop-fitters Site Box hit us up for two roving surfboard racks to display premium boards. We built to their retail specifications, and now the locals are after us for a garage version!
